Ordering policy

* You can call, email, set-up an appointment or visit us at an event (please refer to Event Schedule)   to discuss and order your custom project.

* 50% of the project cost is due before we start your project.  The remaining balance is due when

  the project is complete.

For your convenience, your personal items to be custom painted can be shipped to us, dropped off at our shop, or we can make arrangements to pick them up (including cars/trucks, and trailers).

We reserve the right to refuse any projects in which Jo's Art L.L.C views as legally or morally questionable.
